The procedures we perform
Tooth extraction
Simple (loose or destroyed teeth) and complex (impacted or dystopic — for example, wisdom teeth). We use atraumatic techniques: gentle removal, preserving bone for future implant placement.
Wisdom tooth extraction
Wisdom teeth often erupt incorrectly: they push against neighbouring teeth, cause pain, inflammation and decay of the second molar. Their extraction is a routine procedure that takes 20–40 minutes.
Bone grafting and sinus lift
If the bone has thinned after a long absence of a tooth, we augment it before implant placement. This allows the implant to be placed reliably even in complex cases.
Periodontal surgery
Treatment of periodontitis: flap surgery, curettage, gum grafting. We save teeth where others say "extract".
Removal of cysts and granulomas
Cystectomy, root tip resection — these allow us to save a tooth that would otherwise have to be extracted.
How surgery is performed
- Diagnosis. Examination + 3D CT scan. We assess the position of roots, nerves and the maxillary sinuses.
- Plan and preparation. If needed — antibiotics 1–2 days before. We answer all questions about the procedure.
- Anesthesia. Modern local anesthesia — the patient feels no pain. Sedation available on request.
- The surgery itself. 20–60 minutes depending on complexity.
- Aftercare and instructions. Detailed care instructions, 24/7 contact with the doctor after surgery.
- Follow-up visit. After 5–7 days — suture removal, evaluation of healing.
